Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh shrimp shell-on
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 1 onion quarter cut
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • Water enough to fill pot

Method
 

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt and Old Bay seasoning to the water.
  3. Add potatoes to the boiling pot and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  4. Add corn and onion, simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp and garlic, cooking for another 3-5 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat and let the pot sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Drain the shrimp boil into a large colander.
  8. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
