Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of carrots
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prep the carrots by washing and peeling them.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey, salt, and pepper, then add the carrots.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Uncover, increase heat, and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Remove from heat, and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
