- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, around 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Carefully place the patties in the hot skillet or grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
