Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into equal-sized patties, around 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat and add olive oil.
  4. Carefully place the patties in the hot skillet or grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving.
