Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your sweet and spicy baked cauliflower.
