Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the formed meatballs before baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
