Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest on a cutting board.
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Add the egg noodles to the broth and cook according to package instructions.
Once cooked, drain the noodles and stir in the remaining butter, dried parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
Slice the chicken and serve it over the buttered noodles.
