Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them by pressing down with a fork.
  6. Place the filled pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce by combining the heavy cream, remaining Parmesan, and minced garlic in a saucepan over medium heat.
  9. Cook the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly.
  10. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste before removing from heat.
  11. Serve the Chicken Pillows warm drizzled with the Garlic Parmesan Sauce.
