Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add the chicken fillets to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside, keeping it warm.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, whisking to combine all ingredients, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, making sure it’s coated with the sauce.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if needed.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
