- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the bacon into small pieces.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts and chopped bacon on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the Brussels sprouts should be browned and tender.
- Remove from the oven and toss before serving.
