  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
