Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim the green beans, making sure to remove any tough ends.
In a bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Take a bundle of 4-5 green beans and wrap a slice of bacon around it securely.
Place the bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam side down.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
If using, drizzle with balsamic vinegar during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
