Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of green cabbage sliced
  • 2 cups of kale torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sliced cabbage and salt, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Incorporate torn kale and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season the skillet with black pepper and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve warm.
