Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 oz cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic.
  7. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
  8. Cook until mushrooms are browned and tender.
  9. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to combine.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
