- Prepare the ingredients.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
- Cook until mushrooms are browned and tender.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
