Method
- Prepare the beef by slicing it against the grain.
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir the mixture gently and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
