In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.
Add onions to the browned beef and cook until soft.
Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Assemble the quesadillas by spreading the beef mixture and cheese between two tortillas.
Heat a large skillet and add oil. Cook the quesadillas one or two at a time.
Flip the quesadilla and cook until both sides are crispy and the cheese is melted.
Repeat with remaining quesadillas, adding more oil if necessary.
Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve with burger sauce.
