- Prepare the rice in advance and cool it.
- Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high.
- Add the vegetable oil and let it heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Incorporate the minced garlic and frozen vegetables; stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Push the chicken and vegetables to one side of the griddle.
- Add the cooked rice to the vacant space and drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Mix in sliced green onions and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
