Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell with kitchen scissors.
Gently pull the meat out of the shell and place it on top without completely removing it.
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat and add minced garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper.
Once the garlic is fragrant, remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, reserving some for basting.
Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and cook in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Baste the lobster tails with the reserved garlic butter halfway through cooking.
Once done, remove the lobster from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
