Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie on the center of the rolled puff pastry.
- Spread the cranberry sauce generously over the Brie.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing well.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Place the wrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the baked Brie cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
