Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy, then crumble into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced potatoes; cook until they are golden and tender.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the crumbled bacon and sautéed potatoes into the egg mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
