Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes until fork-tender.
  2. Prepare the garlic by roasting it.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
