Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup nuts walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, chopped cranberries, green onions, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
  2. Using a spatula or your hands, mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball shape and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. When ready to serve, roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts until fully coated.
  6. Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and garnish with extra cranberries or green onions if desired.
  7. Serve with an assortment of crackers, breadsticks, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
