Incorporate the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for a couple of minutes.
Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce.
Continue to stir-fry for another few minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving hot.
