  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips and optional chopped strawberries.
  4. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
