Ingredients
  

  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 small mozzarella balls bocconcini
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Balsamic glaze to drizzle
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves thoroughly.
  2. Slice each cherry tomato in half.
  3. Prepare a skewer by threading a half tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto it.
  4. Continue threading until all ingredients are assembled on the skewers.
  5. Arrange the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle the assembled bites with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
