Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Stir gently to combine before serving.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
