In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and salt.
Slowly add in the milk and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
Gently fold in the cubed bread, making sure all pieces are evenly soaked.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
While the pudding bakes, prepare the vanilla sauce.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat once it thickens slightly and let cool.
