- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the filling by mixing cranberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary in a bowl.
- Slice the top rind of the Brie cheese to create a small opening.
- Stuff the Brie with the cranberry and walnut mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the stuffed Brie for added richness.
- Place the stuffed Brie on a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with fresh baguette or crackers.
