Ingredients
  

  • 1 round Brie cheese 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh baguette or crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing cranberries, walnuts, honey, and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Slice the top rind of the Brie cheese to create a small opening.
  4. Stuff the Brie with the cranberry and walnut mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the stuffed Brie for added richness.
  6. Place the stuffed Brie on a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve warm with fresh baguette or crackers.
