  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold water and remove any orange pulp.
  3. Pat the seeds dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, combine the seeds, vegetable oil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
