- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds under cold water and remove any orange pulp.
- Pat the seeds dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine the seeds, vegetable oil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
