  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Add broccoli florets and heavy cream in the last hour of cooking.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
