Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 ounces sweet corn, drained
  • 1 can 15 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 package 8 ounces corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
