Deliciously Simple Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Fresh rosemary leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares (about 3 inches each).
  4. Place a piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with rosemary.
