Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1 cup cherries pitted and chopped
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 packet fruit pectin

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fruits by chopping and hulling as necessary.
  2. In a large pot, combine the chopped strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
  3. Add the lemon juice and stir.
  4. Stir in the sugar and mix well until fully dissolved.
  5. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently.
  6. Add the pectin and continue boiling for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and skim off foam if necessary.
  8. Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
  9. Allow jars to cool completely at room temperature before storing.
