- Prepare the fruits by chopping and hulling as necessary.
- In a large pot, combine the chopped strawberries, raspberries, and cherries.
- Add the lemon juice and stir.
- Stir in the sugar and mix well until fully dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently.
- Add the pectin and continue boiling for another minute.
- Remove from heat and skim off foam if necessary.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal immediately.
- Allow jars to cool completely at room temperature before storing.
