Method
- Prepare the berries by washing and hulling them.
- Combine all the berries in a saucepan.
- Add sugar and lemon juice to the saucepan.
- Cook the berry mixture over medium heat.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Serve the sauce warm or at room temperature over cheesecake.
