- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced bananas with sugar and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour the melted butter into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the banana mixture into a greased baking dish, evenly spread, then drop spoonfuls of the dough on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
