Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
