Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 1 fresh pineapple cored and cubed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare the glaze by mixing sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, and pepper.
