In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
Return the Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
