Delicious Fluffernutter Cookies for Every Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the marshmallow fluff and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips if using.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
