- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced chillies to the oil.
- Add the prawns to the skillet, cooking until they turn pink.
- Once the linguine is cooked, reserve some pasta water and drain the rest.
- Toss the drained linguine into the skillet with the prawn mixture.
- If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water as needed.
- Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
