  • 12 oz blue candy melts
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • ΒΌ cup edible glitter or sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Begin by mixing the cream cheese and crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
  2. Melt the blue candy melts according to package instructions.
  3. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Dip each truffle into the melted blue candy and place them back on the baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle edible glitter or sprinkles on the wet candy coating before it hardens.
