Method
- Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced Polish sausage and diced onion on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the drained sauerkraut over the sausage and onions.
- Sprinkle caraway seeds over the sauerkraut.
- Pour chicken broth over all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, stir gently before serving.
