- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in the skillet.
- Remove chicken and set aside; add garlic to the skillet.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve.
