Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cranberries fresh or dried
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onions and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, cranberries, sage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the beaten egg and chicken broth to the mixture, combining thoroughly.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
