Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare additional cranberry sauce if desired for serving.
  6. Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and additional cranberry sauce on the side.
