Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare additional cranberry sauce if desired for serving.
Remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and additional cranberry sauce on the side.
