- 1 bunch of kale washed and chopped
- 4 oz goat cheese crumbled
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
