Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat cooked and shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the lobster and crab meat, followed by grated Parmesan.
  5. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, adding pasta water as needed.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
