- Prepare the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Sauté jalapenos and garlic in the skillet.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and smoked paprika.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
