- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread a thin layer of birria broth over the crust.
- Layer on the shredded beef evenly across the pizza.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and crumbled queso fresco.
- Add diced onions and some cilantro on top.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with additional cilantro and pickled jalapeños.
