  • 2 cups shredded beef
  • 1 cup birria broth
  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled queso fresco
  • 1 small onion diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2-3 pickled jalapeños

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of birria broth over the crust.
  4. Layer on the shredded beef evenly across the pizza.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and crumbled queso fresco.
  6. Add diced onions and some cilantro on top.
  7. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with additional cilantro and pickled jalapeños.
